About myself
I just started my real estate portfolio in November of 2024. I reside in North Georgia which is also where I would like to build my portfolio. I am interested in LTR, STR, and house hacking some rentals. I would like to get into the BRRR method of it and also do some flipping. The more I can learn the better.
