I am 39 years old and have owned multiple primary residences over the last 20 years, mainly in the North Atlanta market. A year ago, my family and I decided to move to the Florida pan handle. I have been in computer networking sales for 20 years and can work from anywhere. I have been trying to get into real estate investment since 2016. I was under contract on a condo in 2017 in Navarre Beach and during due diligence, one of the four owners passed. I bailed on the deal. In 2018 I purchased a lot on the sound side of Navarre beach with the intent to build, but timelines were 18-24 month. I held for 18 and sold. In 2020, I purchased a single family home on Navarre Beach with the intent to SRT at some point. We needed up selling our primary residence in GA in 2021 and moved to FL. The Next investment is a Condo in downtown Chattanooga, TN. The intent is to cleanup and LRT, hold for 4-5 years and 1031 exchange. In the next 12 months, I’d like to purchase another property for SRT.
