Hello BP! I am an investor located in Manhattan. I'm interested in getting my hands on as much information as possible through BP, and expanding my network. I invest outside of the Metropolitan area. I am a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA), a CFA Charterholder, a Certified Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA), and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA). Experience: ClearWater Corner, LLC Co-Founder / Co-Managing Member CWC was formed in 2016 and is focused on the student housing market in New York State. In its first twelve months of operations, CWC was able to acquire five single family and multifamily assets. CWC continues to actively seek opportunities in New York today. Real Estate Goals: My ultimate goal is to syndicate large multi-family deals full time. I'm working on learning as much as possible and plan to do several SFHs and small multi-families (while working full-time) to gain credibility and cash flow before entering into the larger multi-family syndication world.
