Adam Mraz

I am a licensed real estate agent and am in charge of a property management company, Citiside Property Management, that manages over 800 doors in the Greater Atlanta area. I grew up just north of Atlanta and attended Georgia Tech for Civil Engineering. I graduated in 2009 which was not the best time to be an entry level engineer designing neighborhoods. I have worked in various sales position for the last 9 years accidentally found my way back to real estate. When my parents were selling the house that I grew up in, I decided to buy it as a rental with 0 knowledge about investing. After making some rookie mistakes mostly involving tenant screening and property management, I found Bigger Pockets to really start my education. My current portfolio has 3 rental properties, and I am looking to grow that to 20 properties over the next 3 years.
