Hello! My name is Adam, I'm 25 years old and I am a St. Louis, MO transplant into the beautiful state of Colorado. My interests include skiing, music of ALL kinds, reading, and entrepreneurial studies. Let's connect on BP and find a way to help each other! Experience: My occupational experience spans across a couple of different avenues. The first taste of real estate work I had came at the age of 18 when I began working with my family business as a property inspector and radon measurement technician. It was not until a few years later that I took a nose dive into the world of entrepreneurship and built a small business back in Missouri in the automotive industry. After closing the doors there, I began to take an active interest in investment real estate and have been eager to break into the field ever since. Currently I am an Exterior General Contractor right here in Denver and specialize in roof repair/replacement, gutters, windows, siding, and exterior paint. I hope to take the knowledge I have accrued over the last handful of years and apply it to an investing career in Buy and Hold property (BRRRR method for the win). I want to collaborate with individuals with similar goals who may be able to benefit from what experience I have. Real Estate Goals: My goals with real estate investing are the same as anyone else's! I want to be financially independent. In the future I'd like to own a number of multifamily and commercial properties that I can grow into a scaleable business. Beyond that, I also like to entertain the idea of owning a property management company. Currently Seeking: At the moment, I'm seeking partnership opportunity so I can learn this industry inside and out while also helping others succeed.
