About myself
I am new to real estate investing and am looking to invest in the Sacramento, CA area in the next year. I am currently working in the banking industry as a commercial loan underwriter/analyst. I have extensive knowledge in what banks look for when analyzing owner-occupied, investor, SBA, construction, and land loans. I would love to connect to people interested in traditional bank financing or people who would like to share their investing experience in the Sacramento area.
