Adam Verdin

Technology professional whom had some success in flipping a property after holding it for several years with a renter. The experience opened my eyes to the benefits real estate has over other assets. My career is largely in the eLearning field and the implementation of educational technologies to help businesses connect on a global scale. I enjoy the innovation in the field where I've developed custom technologies to solve problems and have proudly served businesses in the triangle area. Currently working in Cary, North Carolina but living in North Raleigh where I've recently purchased a fixer-upper that I am also living in. In the next 5 years I'd like to purchase more single families, multi-families and commercial properties, learning as much as I can along the way. In the long term I'd like to become invested in apartment complexes, property management companies, and commercial properties.
