I believe that real estate investing is the way to financial freedom. I'm learning my ways one step at a time. Finding deals outside CA, but looking to find deals too in state, my problem with that is money, too expensive in CA. I'm just starting and no big money to compete with the pros. I'm here to learn from others and experience. On the side note, me and my husband we do app development and I also do web design. One day I would like to opportunity to flip a house here in SoCal, if given a chance. I am good in budgeting and very resourceful. I also have a good eye in making the place nice. I am looking for someone who has experience in flipping in CA and put me under his/her wing.
