I am a native of Indianapolis, IN where I have extensive experience in all aspects of property management, property rehabilitation, and property accounting. I have training and certifications in affordable housing including Section 42 rental housing tax credits and section 8 housing. Before relocation to Boynton Beach, FL, I operated my own property management business in 2015. I started from the ground up with little to no knowledge on how to run a business. After several setbacks I decided to step away from the business, relocate and regroup. I decided to switch gears and am now a virtual bookkeeper specializing in property accounting.
