Looking for rental properties for passive income, mentors & partners: multi-family, multiplex, apartments, rezone, BRRRR, REO, Buy and hold. Long term investing for passive income. I’m eager to grow and learn! Mind set on closing my first property by year end 2020. Looking to retire from ironwork within 10 years. Preferably 8. I work hard, so I can retire harder. Lol.
