Experience: My wife and I have six fully rented duplexes in the Rochester area, we are in a "stabilization" process to prepare for our next purchase. We provide our own property management services and tenant selection. We have been very successful in the Rochester area, and have found some great tenants! Real Estate Goals: Create a stable income over the next few years to provide long-term monthly income for retirement.
