My name is Alex and I am new to real estate investing. I am hoping to learn how to build wealth through rental property. I have been to many seminars, and spent tens of thousands of dollars, and still have been nervous to execute. Listening to the BiggerPockets podcast has began to ease my nerves and familiarize me with some of the career paths in real estate. I am currently looking for my primary residence which I plan to house hack. Real Estate Goals: My short term goal is to have rental properties that cash flow me $2500 per month. My long term goal is to own enough property to allow me to quit my job. I want to have time to open rec centers for the youth in underprivileged neighborhoods.
