I am currently employed as a Project Management Consultant specializing in multifamily residential development. I represent non-profit and for-profit developers who need continuous input on design, construction, budget analysis, document control & other areas of development. With this experience, I am able to execute a project from start (pre-construction) to finish (lease up/sale). I come from an architectural background holding both a Bachelors (B.Arch, University of Arizona) & Masters (M.Arch, Woodbury University) of Architecture. I am currently seeking flipping private money partners in the Greater Los Angeles area, as well as Greater Palm Springs area.
