I currently own and manage ten properties in Michigan and Ohio. I have purchased and managed properties in three states thus far (California , Michigan , Ohio). I plan to continue expanding my business to buy more SFR and possibly multi unit properties as well. I work full time as a teacher for now so I do both jobs. I have had the opportunity to use several strategies to purchase properties. I have purchased auction homes, homes for appreciation in California and homes for cash flow in the Midwest. I have used the BRRR method as well, before I knew it was even a strategy. I am always learning and keeping up by listening to podcasts and other investors.
