I'm a husband, father, and former touring singer-songwriter and musician. I try to bring a creative and innovative perspective to our clients by thinking outside the box and finding opportunities where others may not is truly what I love doing. "I don't care what you do, I just want you to know what's possible before you make any decisions, and sometimes the best thing is to do nothing." My philosophy reflects my commitment to providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of their options and the potential outcomes; ensuring they have the knowledge to make informed decisions to reach their goals. I began my career as a real estate broker specializing in first-time Homebuyers. Shortly after, I began sourcing deals for investors via foreclosures, short-sales, wholesale, and off-market properties for various types of investors including LTR, STR, developers, builders, fix/flip/hold, and house hacking. I formed a team in 2013 to cater to the residential business which still exists today in Texas and Colorado. I've built custom and spec homes, catering to both renters, investors, and buyers in both states. I have over a decade of personal investments in long-term, medium-term, and short-term rentals, fix & flips, fix & holds, land development, and new construction; and only advise where I invest, or have invested, myself. I've also founded or co-founded a long-term management company, two brokerages, a tech company, and custom home building company. In 2024, I founded AirINN, a short-term rental management company and non-profit with a mission to maximize ROI, passify, and educate STR owners. 2. As a consultant, my approach is centered around my clients' goals. I takes the time to understand their unique needs and aspirations, crafting tailored plans that work backward to help them achieve their desired outcomes. Whether the situation is straightforward or complex, my experience in multiple real estate spaces spanning two states is invaluable when navigating the challenge of making an informed decision. Beyond real estate, I love traveling to explore new destinations, snow skiing , jogging, and wake surfing. On weekends I'm usually found playing multiple instruments at his local church and/or with multiple bands. My core values are Faith, Family and Freedom.
