Experience: Homeowner for 10 years now, but interested in diving into the world of Real Estate Investment. No experience yet, currently in the research phase. Any tips/knowledge is more than welcome! Real Estate Goals: Ideally would love to own a number of properties in the distant future, but I'm content with just gaining one for now and see where that goes. Would love to own at least one property which generates a comfortable cash flow for extra income to put away for retirement or my kids education, and also provide a nest egg for me and my wife's retirement years. Currently Seeking: Currently looking for a house/duplex...multi-tenant possibility in the Barrie/Newmarket area.
