I was a senior executive in the enterprise software space for several years. I got tired of the 80-hour work weeks, the travel, and the politics. I left the corporate world at the end of 2012 and have been real estate investing ever since. I am primarily a flipper, but I do some wholesaling and own a few rental properties. I love the redemptive aspect of flipping houses. I love redeeming distressed houses, turning them into something beautiful and valuable for the communities in which they exist.
