Alan Beron

My legal practice is primarily focused on real estate and business law matters. My career in real estate predates my legal training and spans almost two decades. Prior to law school, I garnered transactional real estate experience originating mortgages and brokering real estate acquisitions and divestitures. I also helped investors maximize returns by managing rental properties and construction projects on fix-and-flips and buy-and-hold investments. Upon graduating from law school, I practiced at a large multinational law firm, and after honing my legal skills representing experienced investors, large lenders and Fortune 500 companies in multi-million dollar transactions, I left the firm and have started my own law practice where I offer clients big law experience, individualized attention and tailored results at a fair price. In addition to an attorney, I am also a landlord and an active real estate investor with a growing portfolio who understands the legal issues faced by investors, landlords and business owners. Whether it’s helping a client structure their first business or negotiate contracts, a landlord evict a problem tenant or deal with building code violations, an investor appeal property taxes or defer capital gains taxes, or the myriad of other legal issues, I work hard to get the results my clients deserve.
