I work in the construction industry as union superintendent and carpenter foreman local 22 San Francisco, Work for Webcor Builders on San Francisco Academy of Science, Letterman Digital Arts Center, on Christ the light Cathedral Oakland California and many other buildings. I want to developed passive income in real estate. Looking to partner with other investor in fix and flip and wholesaling. Want to start out wholesaling and than move to multi-units. Goal is 500 units age 80.
