I recently began investing in real estate full time and am interested in acquiring rental properties in Southeastern Massachusetts including Cape Cod to hold and generate income. I currently hold four rental properties that are cash flowing well and am out looking for my next residential single or multi-family deal. I'm looking at cash and leveraged deals, but would also be open to private lending for those that have a strong track record of success. I have written down my plan, assembled a strong team and am actively looking at properties.
