I am an Illinois licensed attorney, a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and I have a Master's Degree in Taxation. Being both means that I can help in all aspects of a real estate transaction, from advising on the proper corporate/LLC formation, to closing, and tax consulting and preparation. My primary focus is on real estate, and I am also an investor in flips, and buy and holds. I've closed thousands of transactions for clients, including short sales, foreclosures, wholesales, and other creative transactions. I am affiliated with several title companies, which gives me the flexibility to send deals where I believe they have the best chance of having a smooth transaction. Being an investor myself, I understand that costs are key, and have a great deal of control with regards to several of the title companies I use. Other than real estate, I also practice in estate planning and estate administration. So as you begin to grow your portfolio, and accordingly, your wealth, you may need to consider how that should all be structured. That may be a will, a living trust, some combination thereof, as well as many other vehicles. I am a dedicated husband and father, and an avid Chicago sports fan. I play hockey, and so do all three of my kids, and I bring that same level of competitiveness to my law practice.
