I don't have any experience in real estate. Yet. I am in the gathering information and knowledge stage. Looking for guidance and direction I am a blank slate. I recently finished an entrepreneur course. It was a MOOC but I did gather quite a lot of knowledge from the class. I am currently taking a class on the Art of Negotiation and was looking for real estate classes when I landed here. I am motivated and will have a stack of actual hold in your hands books to read by tomorrow evening. I will find ebooks, blogs, reports, I will scour this site, I will watch videos, whatever it takes. I want to be my own boss and nothing is going to stop me. Unless of course, I step off a curb and get hit by a truck. (just a little humor)
