I am looking to get into multi family real estate investing with my father. My father is a retired Master Chief of the US Navy who is now working as the head of financials and accounting of a commercial property management company. He has vast experience in the due diligence, acquiring, management, and sale of apartment complexes. We plan on making our first multi family investment by the end of 2020.
