About myself
Want to become a real estate investor so that I can secure financial independence and leave a decent size estate to help provide for my children and grandchildren one day. Experience: Have purchased 2 homes as personal residences. But have not to date bought any property as an investment. I have formally studied Real Estate Investment Analysis which incorporated Discounted Cash Flow Analysis. Have also studied Commercial Lease Clause Analysis. Real Estate Goals: Plan to invest in multi-family properties to generate cash flow.
