I am 27 years old, married with no kids and three dogs. I am just beginning my journey to becoming a full fledged real estate investor Real Estate Goals: I would like build a portfolio of buy and hold single family rentals and small multi family rentals to begin with then see where that takes me. Currently Seeking: Anyone that is willing to point me in the right direction to get started. My initial plan is to learn how to find,analyze and make offers on deals then hand them off to an investor for a modest finders fee until I feel confident enough to tackle the deal myself.
