Alexander Rek

Alexander F. Rek is a Principal and the Director of Operations of American Street Capital. Mr. Rek has extensive expertise and experience in the acquisition, reposition, disposition, and financing of commercial real estate. Outside of managing his portfolio of clients, Mr. Rek oversees the day-to-day operations and the marketing strategy for the firm. During his tenure at American Street Capital, Mr. Rek has been directly involved in the financing and disposition of more than $500 million in commercial real estate transactions. Previously, Mr. Rek served as the Director of Marketing at Chicago Financial Services, Inc, a residential mortgage bank for four years. In that capacity, Mr. Rek created, developed, and refined the marketing materials, procurement strategies and branding for its entire sales division. Mr. Rek holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Colorado-Boulder and is a licensed real estate managing broker in the state of Illinois.
