Alexander Valletto

Hi all! My name is Alex and I graduated from The Ohio State University in May of 2021 with my degree in finance. I currently work as a Research Analyst for Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate in Cleveland, Ohio. I started my Real Estate journey in early 2021. I knew virtually nothing (still have only scraped the surface) before I started listening to endless hours of podcasts on my daily commute; before I knew it, YouTube, podcasts and real estate focused books were all that I was consuming in my free time. I decided I was going to take action fast. I purchased my first duplex house hack in December 2021. My goal is to buy and hold multi-family properties and industrial warehouse space. My next purchase will hopefully be in 2023. Feel free to connect, I'm looking to network with as many other investors I can. I'm always trying to learn something new.
