Alexandra Garlock

I graduated from the University of West Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and spent the last several years as a lead paralegal at a large law firm working on Securities Fraud and Opioid Litigation. Growing up with active duty parents, I traveled to many places and countries but have lived in the Florida Panhandle for most of my life. Having gained valuable firsthand real estate investing experience from my parents through their years of owning rental properties, at the age of 24 I bought and renovated my first home. Seeing the transformation and the value gained planted the seed that has led me to where I am now. My husband and I flipped our first property in 2019, purchased our first STR in 2020, turned our primary into a LTR in 2022, and purchased our 2nd STR in 2023.
