Alexander W Reum

Born and raised on the south side of Milwaukee. I currently work and go to school in the Pewaukee / Waukesha area. I'm going to school and finishing my degree in automation and electrical engineering tech. I want to use my full time job to help fund my real estate investing. I would like to acquire enough units to replace the income I receive from my job and eventually manage full time. I'm looking to purchase my first house within the next 6 months. Experience: I have very little real estate experience but I'm working on absorbing as much information as I can. I look forward to purchasing my first property soon and getting started in the realm of real estate investing. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to own several multi-family properties in the Milwaukee area. I would like to be able to manage my properties full time and make enough money to live comfortably and be my own boss. Currently Seeking: A duplex on the south side of Milwaukee or St. Francis or Greenfield.
