Alex Casperson

I am a new investor looking to get started in the Massachusetts market. My key areas of interest are Lowell, Worcester, Leominster, Salem, Fitchburg and surrounding suburbs. Currently, I work as an electrical engineer and I hope to add professional real estate investor to my resume by July 2021. My goal in 2021 is to close on 2 deals and learn a lot in the process! I closed on my personal home in September 2020 and am renovating it to live in for at least a few years. Now I am hoping to do the same on other homes but have someone else pay the mortgage!
