About myself
I am originally from Venezuela, and have lived in Marietta for almost 30 years. I work in sales within the automotive industry, specifically with manufacturing companies that supply both OEMs and large tier 1 automotive suppliers. My interest in real estate is primarily residential rentals, but I am always open to exploring new opportunities, networking and learning new ways to invest in real estate. Experience: Own long term SFR rental properties in the southeast. Looking to expand into multi-family, mobile home parks and storage units. Real Estate Goals: To build a portfolio of SFR and multi-family units in the Southeast, using a buy and hold strategy. My goals and plans are still fluid, as I continue to learn and discover new concepts. I am open to exploring JVs and other possible collaborations with fellow investors. Currently Seeking: Deals, capital and know-how
