Alex Hanby

Hi! I'm Alex from west-central Ohio. By day, I'm a school social worker, but outside of work I'm passionate about real estate investing, renovation, and creating value through thoughtful projects. My husband, Dakota, has spent his career working on foreclosed properties for banks before becoming an electrician and now a Senior Project Manager. Between his construction background and project management, and my love for design and deal analysis, we're focused on building a long-term real estate portfolio through value-add residential properties. I'm always looking to connect with investors, wholesalers, Realtors, lenders, contractors, and other professionals throughout Ohio and the Midwest. I believe the best opportunities come from building great relationships.
