My wife and I are both full-time physicians. We became interested in cash-flowing rentals to buy-and-hold with the hopes of eventually buying back our time and making our day jobs optional. Outside of work, I am passionate about mountain biking, nerding out on coffee roasting and espresso preparation, playing guitar, and hanging out with our kids.
