Happily married for just over a year now (as of 9/2017). I work in the automotive industry doing sales for an engineering company. I am newer to the industry as I've only been hired since July, 2016. I have been a long time investor in the form of index investing. I'm 30 now, and have been investing steadily since my early 20's (in varying contributions of course). However, I decided I am too heavily into industry, and really want to increase my stake in real estate. Ideally I'd like to supplement my investments with 2 to 3k in cash flow after taxes. So in my area (metropolitian detroit) It should take between 6 - 9 houses, after debt is paid on them. I'm excited to expand the 1/2 of a house I already own, into the nest 5.5 - 8.5 houses!
