Investor looking to get into rental properties! I flipped homes years ago when it was easy and didn't hold most of them. Currently have a couple rentals and looking to start picking up more (they were from before not recently). Most of the work on the rehabs were done by me and willing to start again but this time keep the properties for cash flow! To be honest with ALL this new information that I know and keep learning from BiggerPockets my COMMITMENT has gone back up. I really never new about all these ideas and ways on how to buy properties if I would have learn about this website years ago I would have never sold any of those.
