About myself
I am a passive investor from California looking to invest in out-of-state deals, preferably for passive income. I would like to start with SFH rentals and eventually move into multifamily properties. Looking for advice and open to partnerships! I'm a software engineer from Silicon Valley and have spent the last few year sreading and listening to as much real estate material that I could get my hands on. I love building systems and getting into the technical details.
