Winter 2021, We're thinking about to sell one of our investments (SFH - Gross $6,200/month) for another (SFH - Gross $8,300/month). Fall 2020, We're invested in single-family homes, condos and now, student housing. Have about 8 units and adding an additional 4 doors. Summer 2019, built and rent SFHs. Luxury rentals, $7,090/month.
