Alex Zemianek

Hi! My name is Alex Zemianek. I have been in real estate for over a decade. I started with flipping/constructing homes and traditional rentals and now focus mainly on Vacation Rental Management and turn-key vacation rentals. I am the CEO of JZ Vacation Rentals now but being someone who came from humble beginnings, I believe in bringing the best out of the people I work with through inspiration and motivation. After experiencing and understanding the difficulties that this industry can present, I want to educate and change the lives of many people as I can that is in or even wish to become a part of this.
