I'm starting over from scratch. For the rest of 2019, I will lock up good deals and send them off to the people I meet on BP who want them. Starting next year in 2020, I'm looking to acquire multifamily assets and start amassing "doors". These properties will be at least 10 units and will increase as I progress. Primary Goal: Acquire Class C multifamily assets, turn them around, get occupancy at 90% or better, and put renters on a homeownership path.
