Fairly new to the multifamily game. I built up equity through house hacking and a 15 year conventional mortgage on my first home. I recently sold my SF primary home and I’m using the proceeds to start my investing business. Currently own 1 fully rented conventionally financed duplex in the Springfield area of Jax, FL and living one side of my 2nd rented duplex in Riverside in Jax which I financed through an FHA loan. Still looking for deals and hoping to find some good BRRRRs for my next investments. I’m here to learn from others and share my own learnings with those who may be a little earlier in their journey than I am.
