About myself
Western Colorado investor with a passion for value-add real estate. Land splits, condominiumizations, and creative renovations are what I enjoy. As an investor I've bought, sold, and held Colorado residential real estate since 2004 and am now branching into multi-family buy-and-hold through partnerships. I am an interior designer and home staging consultant in the Aspen Valley. I help clients add beauty and value to their homes!
