I got into property management because I saw how much time and stress landlords carry managing their own rentals — late-night maintenance calls, chasing rent, navigating Illinois tenant law — and I knew there was a better way to handle it. My background is in energy efficiency and industrial sales, which means I'm process-driven, responsive, and I know how to protect someone else's investment like it's my own. What I offer landlords: full-service management (tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, monthly reporting) with clear communication and no surprises. I work primarily with single-family, small multifamily, and residential investors in Tinley Park, Orland Park, Mokena, Frankfort, and surrounding communities.
