We are interested in getting more involved in real estate investing. We bought our first house and lived in it while we renovated the whole house. We sold that and bought our current home, which we've completely remodeled. In addition to our own homes, we have 2 rental properties. One rental property is a duplex and the other is an upper and lower. Also, we were successful at flipping a property. We bought a foreclosed home, renovated and sold it in a few short months. We both work full time and we have 3 children. We'd love to become more involved in real estate; more so in flipping than in more rental properties. Although we are not afraid of doing the work ourselves; our commitment to our children and their endless sports activities along with our full time jobs makes it difficult, time wise.
