Allan Fisher

I'm a Software Test Engineer, born, raised and currently living in San Diego. I also spent some time in south Alabama during my college years. I've always had an interest in real estate and would like to use it as another vehicle to supplement my current investment portfolio. I'm a huge sports fan and could probably talk sports all day if given the chance. Experience: I currently own 3 homes. My primary residence in east Chula Vista (San Diego county) and 2 SFR's in Memphis (Cordova) Tennessee as investment properties. Real Estate Goals: The end goal is to live off the passive income from my real estate portfolio. Currently Seeking: Out of state SFR and multi-unit properties, mainly for buy and hold. The markets that I'm mostly interested in are Cleveland, Kansas City and Memphis, although I'd consider other areas if the numbers make sense.
