A beginner investor learning as I go. Goal is to own and manage 20 rental units by 2020. Started 2019 with 2 units, it is March and currently have 10. Waiting to activate my real estate license in Colorado. Looking to obtain real estate and loan originator licenses in Texas. Trying to get under contract on a car wash and laundry business. Work in the oil industry which has destroyed my body. Have a few surgeries that need done this year hence the efforts in obtaining a new stream of income.
