I’m an entrepreneur who is constantly evolving, always learning new strategies to improve my business and become the best version of myself. I’m passionate about helping others—whether in business or in their personal health journeys. I started flipping properties about 20 years ago, with my first project being a 35-acre island in the Bahamas. That incredible experience got me hooked on real estate, and from then on, it’s been my focus. I began working with a few private investors who appreciated my thorough research and due diligence on potential acquisitions. Together, we acquired and sold over 350 residential and commercial foreclosures. My partners trusted me to handle everything—from research, due diligence, inspections, and repair estimates, to calculating ARV (After Repair Value), profit projections, overseeing repairs, and marketing the properties. Over the years, I’ve assembled some impressive development tracts and completed projects that others in the industry said couldn’t be done. While I’ve had my share of failures and setbacks, I’ve learned from every experience. Real estate investing is my passion, and my diverse experience spans across multiple areas of the field. Currently, I’m working on several new multifamily development projects along the Carolina Coast. I’m also a Superhost on Airbnb, and I plan to exponentially scale my portfolio in the coming years. In addition to real estate, I co-founded an oceanfront restaurant 11 years ago, and I’m a partner in a cutting-edge holistic wellness center that helps individuals begin their health journeys. Real estate has brought me incredible experiences and opened countless doors in my life. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunities it has provided—not just for me, but for my family and the people I’ve been able to help along the way.
