I am a structural engineer getting started in real estate investing. After attending various seminars, reading many books on the subject and listening to the wealth of information in the BP podcasts, I commited to take a leap of faith and start making it a reality. My dream is to create a real estate company serving the housing needs of middle income population. I like the NYC metropolitan area because of its diversity, potential for growth and the fact that it behaves somewhat independently of the national economic trends. My area of focus is Northern NJ. I love Bigger Pockets because it encourages professional discussion and exchange. I am looking forward to developing lasting business and personal relationships with other like minded BP members.
