I currently work in medicine as a Physician Assistant and do most of my investing in the Eastern Shore MD. I started investing in real estate in December 2016, I bought my first property in Washington DC, I used an FHA loan and eventually moved out given that it was too expensive and started renting it. I saw the potential of tenants paying for the mortgage. Since then, I invested in Baltimore city and currently do most of my investment in Salisbury Maryland (Eastern Shore) .
