Alvin Miller

I am in the process of closing my first deal as a buy and hold investor. I have always wanted to be involved with real estate but never took the crucial step of "making an offer". My neighbor has been involved in real estate investing and really pushed me to me to pull the trigger on this first deal. I work full time as a physical therapist but would like to grow my portfolio of investment properties. I am an avid listener of the podcasts on BP and look forward to tapping into the resources and personal networks on the site. My current focus is buy and hold properties with a secondary focus on fix and flips. My biggest questions are in regards to financing deals as the typical 20% conventional model would be a slow grow.
