My husband and I just purchased our first property and plan to live-in-flip-to-rent. We plan to build a real estate portfolio to become financially independent. We are most interested in investing in MN. We grew up in the country and have an interest in providing rentals in smaller towns. Eventually would love to have an RV lot, mobile home park, and/or provide affordable housing for seniors.
